Devon — Biography & Career

Devon is an American screen performer and director whose career in the adult film industry began in 1998 with an appearance in the Jules Jordan film New Breed. She worked for Vivid Entertainment from 1998 to 2001, and her first release for the company was Country Comfort. In January 2001, she was named Penthouse Pet of the Month.

After her Vivid contract ended, Devon signed with Digital Playground. In 2004, she appeared in Island Fever 3, described as the first WMV-HD DVD production in the field and filmed in Tahiti and Bora Bora. The following year, she co-starred in Pirates, an action-adventure feature whose production budget exceeded US$1 million.

Her later work expanded into production and directing. By January 2006, she had signed with Ecstasy Mobile, and in March 2006 she signed with Black Kat Productions, although no films were produced under that deal. She formed her own production company in 2006, then signed with Shane’s World in October to perform in films and direct scenes. Her directorial debut for the company came in April 2007 with Devon Does Baja.

Devon also made mainstream television appearances. She appeared in “Millennium,” a 1999 first-season episode of The Man Show, and later appeared with Jesse Jane and Teagan Presley in the Entourage episode “I Love You Too,” which aired on July 31, 2005. Her industry recognition included AVN Award and XRCO Award nominations in 2000, a Venus Award nomination in 2002, a NightMoves Award win in 2003 for Best Actress (Fan Choice), and induction into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2010.
