Records and age documentation

Version 2 · 13/09/2026

This page explains Volttube's records policy and how to raise an age, consent or record-keeping concern. It is not a certificate that every item on the site satisfies 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 2257A, and it does not claim an exemption from those requirements.

Age, consent and distribution rights

Only content depicting adults may be supplied to Volttube. Suppliers are responsible for obtaining and retaining genuine age, consent and distribution evidence applicable to their material. A performer profile, upload date, watermark, source-site notice or a website's 18+ entry screen is not itself identity or age evidence.

Administrative tools can store production information, a records custodian and restricted supporting documents. The availability of these tools does not establish that a document has been provided, independently checked or is legally sufficient for a particular video. Authorized API uploads can be published after technical processing without a second document-review step on this site.

Custodian and location of records

No verified public custodian name or records inspection address has been supplied for publication on this page. The website address and hosting provider are not substitutes for the applicable records location. Accordingly, this page is an information and reporting page; it must not be treated as a completed statutory records-location statement.

Where the US records requirements apply, the published statement must identify the applicable material and accurate records location and responsible custodian details as required. See the official records-location rule, 28 CFR 75.6. An operator must establish the requirements for its actual role and material before claiming compliance.

Raise a concern

For a concern that a depicted person is underage, select Performer is a minor, provide the video address and explain the concern. For suspected non-consensual publication, choose Non-consensual content. Accepted reports in these categories hide a referenced published video pending review.

For a records question, use Other and identify the video or case. Do not upload or redistribute suspect material, and do not put identity documents in the general report form. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or child-protection service directly.
