Alana Evans — Biography & Career

Alana Evans is an American screen performer, producer, union leader, singer, and magazine columnist. Her recorded career recognition includes the XRCO Award for Unsung Siren in 2002, an AVN Award in 2007, induction into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2015, and induction into the XRCO Hall of Fame and the Urban X Hall of Fame in 2019.

Evans expanded into production and business in September 2006, when she and Chris Evans founded CreamWorks Films as a production company. She handled producing and casting, while Chris Evans directed and edited. In November 2008, the pair launched a second company, Royalty X Films, extending her work behind the camera as well as on screen.

She also moved into industry advocacy and organizational leadership. After serving as vice-president of the Adult Performance Artists Guild, Evans became president in February 2018 following Sean Michaels' resignation. The guild is identified as a federally recognized union, and her promotion moved her from second-in-command to its top office after the leadership change.

Outside production and union work, Evans pursued projects in gaming, music, and publishing. On September 20, 2011, she and Misti Dawn launched PwnedByGirls.com, an interactive video gaming site that let subscribers play through Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network. In 2012, she made her professional singing debut with "Pop That Tooshie," the lead single from Lords of Acid's album Deep Chills. She released "Make You Love Me" in June 2014, and in February 2014 she began writing "The Stoned Gamer" for High Times magazine.
